ILO SC HOT HEARTH INCINERATOR FURNACES

In our ILO SC series hot hearth incinerator furnaces the post-combustion chamber which constitutes the first and most important fume treatment system is located below the primary incineration chamber. This exclusive FORNI LONGHETTI technical device allows the use of the heat from the afterburner for indirect heating of the upper chamber where, through the refractory hearth, the thermal energy is transferred to the materials to be incinerated without the use of support burners. The advantages of this solution for the treatment of materials with a low calorific value or with a moisture content (activated carbon and sludge) are evident. Our construction is based on the BAT (Best Available Technologies) philosophy for the best efficiency and respect for the environment.
